Swann is an AI and automation studio, run from Cape Town.
We work in South Africa and in France. Two people are behind it. Romain builds. Kribasha runs operations, and she is the first person who reads a new enquiry.

Kribasha runs operations. Write to us and she is the first person who reads it. She books the calls and keeps you posted while a build is running, including when something has slipped. Her background is operations and executive assistance, so the admin we automate is admin she has done herself.
What we build
Everything we build sits in one of four layers.
- Connect. The tools you already run, so information is entered once instead of three times.
- Supercharge with AI. Agents on the repetitive parts of the week, one task each.
- Grow. What brings work in: websites, enquiry and booking forms, customer portals, and the marketing behind them.
- Measure. The numbers made visible, so you see where enquiries come from and what happened to them.
Most businesses start with one layer. Nobody needs all four.

What we will not do
We do not replace what works. The tools you already run stay where they are and we build around them. A migration costs money and everybody has to learn the tool again.
We do not resell software. When a tool that already exists does the work, we name it and help you set it up, and that is the end of it.
We say when a thing is not worth building. Sometimes the answer is a rule about how files get named, or a setting nobody switched on. If the sums do not work, you hear it on the first call and not after a proposal.

We call it a studio, because the work is building things and then running them. You are not buying hours. Discovery costs nothing, a build is quoted as a fixed price before it starts, and once something is live you pay a monthly subscription for it to keep running.
Small. Romain and Kribasha are the two people you deal with, and one of them is accountable for your build. If a project needs something we cannot build well, we tell you instead of taking it on. Every build is documented, your own accounts stay yours, and anything we run for you can be switched off in minutes, by us or by you. The detail is on the security page.
Cape Town. We work with clients in South Africa and in France, in English and in French. Calls are on a screen share by default. The company is Swann Digital Solution, registered in South Africa.
