This page says what this site stores on your device and why.
Nothing is stored until you accept. Visits are counted either way, in a form that carries no identifier and writes nothing to your device, and you can change your mind at any time from the banner.

Who sets them
Google Analytics counts the visits. It runs in consent mode, which means it loads for everyone and is told to store nothing until you accept.
HubSpot records enquiries and connects a form you send to the pages you read before it. It does not load at all until you accept.
Both are named on the governance and security page with everything else that handles your information.
Refusing or changing your mind
Decline and nothing beyond the necessary cookie is stored. Analytics stays in the state that writes nothing, HubSpot never loads, and the site works exactly the same.
To change a choice you already made, reopen the banner from the link in the footer, or clear this site's cookies in your browser and choose again.
You can also block cookies for every site from your browser settings.
