Industries

Your industry has its own paperwork. Underneath, the pattern is the same.

Same shape of problem in every trade: information typed twice, a follow up waiting for a quiet evening, and the real numbers arriving a month late.

You keep the systems you already use, and your staff keep the tools they open every morning. Send the document your office retypes most often, whatever trade you are in, to +27 73 932 6852 on WhatsApp and we will send back what comes out of it.

01

The four moves, in this order

01

Get your tools talking

No AI yet. Your booking system, your accounts package, your spreadsheet and your inbox start passing information to each other instead of waiting for someone to retype it. This is where most of the boring hours are, and it is the cheapest part of the job.

02

Put AI to work

Once the information moves on its own, an agent can read it, draft the reply or the quote, and flag the ones that need a person. It works inside the tools your staff already use.

03

Bring in the business

The website, the enquiry form, the booking page, and the chat that answers at 21:00 and writes down who the person is and what they want.

04

See what is actually happening

One screen with the numbers you would otherwise wait a month for, and a short list of who to phone today.

We work in that order every time. Putting an agent on top of a process nobody has watched is how owners end up burned by an agency.

02

Where owners usually start

The first piece is never the biggest one. It is the one that repeats most often.

BusinessThe job that eats the weekWhere we usually start
Transport and logisticsProof of delivery going missing before invoicingDelivery note filed and the invoice drafted the same day
Tour operatorThe same itinerary typed into three placesEnquiry to draft itinerary, off your own rates
Accounting or bookkeeping practiceChasing eleven clients for paperwork every monthThe chase that runs itself, then receipts read and coded
Electrical or plumbing contractorQuoting at night from photos and voice notesQuote drafted from your own rate card
Restaurant or retail groupSupplier invoices captured by handInvoice reading straight into your accounts

03

Two questions to answer before you spend anything

These are yours to answer, not ours to decide about your business.

Would two people in your office quote the same job the same way? If not, that is worth sorting out first, and we can help with just that part, without any software.

Does the information already exist somewhere, or does someone have to remember it? If a job lives only in one person's head or in a WhatsApp thread, the first fix is a place to put it, not an agent.

If both answers feel comfortable, automation lands cleanly on top. If either one does not, say so on the call and we will start there instead.

What things cost

Published starting prices, so you are not waiting for a number at the end of a sales process.

An AI agent is free to put in when it is standard. A complex build is quoted before we start, so you see the number first. After that, a monthly subscription, priced by how much the agent does:

What the agent doesA month
A simple agent: one job, one format, one destinationFrom R1,000
A standard agent: several formats, your own rules, writing into two systemsFrom R2,500
A heavy agent: high volume, many exceptions, several people relying on itFrom R5,000

The subscription covers the agent running, the model costs, monitoring, and the changes when a supplier alters a format or your rules change. Nothing extra to buy when something shifts. It is month to month, you own your data, and the process map stays yours.

What moves the numbers: how many document types you deal with, how many tools have to be connected and whether they have a proper way in, and how many exceptions the job has. Ask us for the sum on your own volumes on the first call, not at the end.

Who gets access, and how you take it back

Nothing we build asks you to hand over passwords.

You create each access yourself, inside your own accounts, at the level the job needs. A user in your accounts package that can draft but not send. One folder, not the whole drive. A shared mailbox, not your personal inbox.

You can remove all of it in one click, and what we built keeps running, because it runs on your accounts and your storage rather than ours.

We do not ask for banking access or payment authority on any project, for any reason. If a piece of work looks like it needs it, we redesign the work.

06

How a first conversation goes

01

Twenty minutes on a call

You describe your busiest day. We ask what happens after each step and who touches it.

02

A screen share where we follow one real job end to end

One enquiry, one order, one client, from the first message to the money landing. Screen share by default, wherever you are in the country. When something has to be seen happening in the room, we say so and we come.

03

A short map back

Where the time goes, what getting your tools talking would fix on its own, and the one or two places AI is worth paying for.

04

The first piece built

Small enough to see working in weeks, not a system you have to wait a year to judge.

07

If your industry is not on this list

Say so. A trade we have not written a page for is one we want to hear about.

The paperwork changes from one trade to the next. The pattern rarely does. Somebody is copying information from one screen into another, and somebody is chasing a person who has gone quiet.

If that is recognisable, there is something here worth doing. If it is not, we will say so on the call rather than invent a project to prove a point.

08

Who you deal with

Two people. Romain writes the software: fifteen years on websites, customer systems and the plumbing between them across Europe and Africa, with AI agents inside that same work since 2025.

Kribasha is your point of contact. She tells you what is being built, what is waiting on you and when it lands, so you never have to chase us for an update. She ran operations and executive support before this, so the jobs on these pages are ones she has done by hand.

The obvious question with a team of two is what happens to your system if something happens to us. It runs on your accounts, not ours. You own it and the written documentation for it from the first week, not at handover. Any competent developer can pick it up, and we will name two we would trust with it if you ask.
