This site is run by Swann Digital Solution. It is registered in South Africa and works from Cape Town. Company registration details are available on request at [email protected] or +27 73 932 6852.

Using the site means these terms apply to you.

Using the site

Read it, quote it, send it to a colleague. If you quote a chunk of it in public, link back to us.

The text, the design and the demos are ours. Do not copy the site wholesale or pass our material off as somebody else's work.

We keep the pages current. We do not promise the site is never offline, and a page written today may be out of date in a year. Nothing here is an offer on its own. A price becomes binding when it sits in a proposal with your name on it.

The demos and the free checks

It plays in your browser on material we made up. Nothing is uploaded and nothing is stored. It shows what the agent does, on our sample rather than on your business.

The real run, on your own material

You give your name, email and business, then your own photos or text go through the same agent. Two rules apply every time:

what you send is not written to disk, and the result lives in your browser until you close the tab
send only material you are allowed to share, and where it holds somebody else's personal or confidential information, get permission first

Demo output is an example and it carries no warranty. Check it before using it for anything that carries a cost or a commitment. Do not put unlawful material through the demo, and do not hammer it with scripts: it is there to show you the agent, and we switch off abuse.

The free checks

Ask for the free audit and we read your website's public pages, then email you what we find. Only send an address you own or manage: the check reads that site, so it has to be yours to ask about. It costs nothing and commits neither side to anything. The findings are information about what is publicly visible. They are a snapshot of what was public on the day, not advice, and not a certification of anything.

Your written proposal is the price. It says what is included, what is not, and when it is due. It does not move unless the scope moves, and a change of scope is agreed with you before anyone starts on it. Prices on this page can change. A proposal you already hold cannot.

Subscriptions

An agent is not sold as a build. It runs on our infrastructure and you pay a subscription for it.

The subscription covers the agent running, the model costs, the monitoring, and the repairs when a supplier changes something on their side. The tier is named in the proposal with the reasons.

After the minimum term either side can end it, in writing. We can switch a build off, and so can you, by removing the access from your own screens.

Swann Intelligence, Digest, cloud apps and the connections we run for you are subscriptions too. Each one's notice period, minimum term and what happens if you stop are stated in your proposal. The free 30 days on Swann Intelligence need no card and end on their own: if you go no further, we disconnect your sources and delete what we synced.

Care plans and work outside one

A care plan covers a website or an app. What it covers is written on the plan.

Without a care plan nothing runs in the background and nothing is billed until you ask for something. Work is then quoted per project, with the number before anything starts.

If something we built broke because of the way we built it, we fix it and you are not billed, care plan or not.

Either side can end a care plan with thirty days notice in writing. You keep the site or the app and the documentation that goes with it.

It runs

An agent runs on the subscription. A website or an app runs under a care plan or is quoted per project, whichever the proposal set out.

What AI output is, and is not

The agents we build read, sort, draft and flag. They are good at it and they are not perfect.

Every build is designed so a person can check the work, and the proposal names the steps that need a human eye.
Drafts wait for your approval until you decide otherwise, per task.
Nothing we produce is legal, financial, tax or medical advice. A drafted quote is a draft until you send it.
Models change over time. The subscription covers the model costs and the changes that follow.
Where accuracy has to be certain, we will say that a step should stay manual, or that a plain rule is safer than an intelligent one.

What is yours and what is ours

Your data is yours. Your documents, your customer records and your content: we claim no ownership.

Your accounts stay in your name. You grant access from your own screens and you remove it the same way, without going through us.

The agents run on our infrastructure, and the subscription is what keeps them running. What you keep is your accounts, your data, and the result of every run, in the tools you already use.

A website we build for you is yours: the domain, the hosting account and the content sit in your name. A cloud app is different: it runs on our infrastructure and the app stays ours, while your data leaves with you in a format you can use.

The components and patterns we reuse across builds stay ours.

We ask before naming you as a client anywhere public, and no is a complete answer.

Responsibility, and the law that applies

We take responsibility for the work we do and we fix what we break.

We are not responsible for the tools you already run, for a supplier changing their product, or for losses that follow on from an issue rather than being caused directly by it, such as lost profit. Our total liability for any piece of work is capped at what you paid us for that piece of work. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
