This page says what happens to information you give us on this website: the pages you visit, the details you type into a form, and the material you put through the live demo.
Nothing you run through the live demo is written to disk. Your contact details go to our CRM, and we delete them the same day if you ask, with confirmation in writing. Questions go to [email protected] or +27 73 932 6852.

Swann Digital Solution is the company behind this site. It is registered in South Africa and works from Cape Town. Company registration details are available on request.

What we collect

We do not buy contact lists and we do not sell or rent yours.
The live demo
What you send goes to our server and straight to the model that reads it. It is not written to disk, so there is no copy on our side to delete afterwards.
The result exists in your browser. Close the tab and it is gone.
Your contact details are the exception. They go to our CRM, because that is how we come back to you. Ask us to delete them and it is done the same day, with confirmation in writing.
Every demo also plays on sample material we made up, with nothing to fill in and nothing sent anywhere. If a document is too sensitive to send, bring it to the call and we run it on your screen instead.
The free audit works on public information only. Ask for it and we read your website the way any visitor's browser does: the pages, the tag container the site publishes, and the public records behind the domain. We do not log in to anything and we do not attempt anything. Parts of what the pages say are read by the model provider named below, to write the findings. The findings live in a report at an unlisted address, kept for 120 days and then deleted on its own. Ask sooner and it goes the same day.

That is the list. It also goes into your proposal before any paid work starts. What the model provider does with what it receives is set out in their own published terms, and we are not going to summarise somebody else's terms here and call it a guarantee.

Your systems, once you are a client
This policy covers the website. Once we build something for you, your business data is handled the way the security page sets out, and the short version is here.
- Agents run on our infrastructure. A small connector on your side sends what one task needs, and nothing else. The result comes back into the tool you already use.
- We do not build a second copy of your database. There is no screen on our side where your records can be browsed.
- Named accounts. The person doing the work gets access on an account of their own. Never a shared login, never your password.
- The least access that does the work. The one folder, the one inbox label, the one sheet.
- You grant it and you remove it, from your own screens, without going through us.
- Nothing that can move money. We do not ask for access that would let a build move money out of your bank.
- Every run is logged in plain language, so you can read what came in, what the agent did, and what it held for you to approve.
Your rights
Under POPIA in South Africa and the GDPR in Europe you can ask us to:
- show you what we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete it
- stop using it to contact you about our work
- send you a copy in a format you can use elsewhere

If personal information is ever exposed, we tell you and we notify the Information Regulator as POPIA requires. If we handle a request badly, you can complain to the Information Regulator in South Africa, or to your supervisory authority in the EU.
Security and changes to this page
- Traffic to this site is encrypted, and so are the connections between your systems, our infrastructure and the model.
- Keys and passwords live in a secret manager, never in a document and never in a message.
- Enquiries are readable only by the people who answer them.
- We are not SOC 2 audited and not ISO 27001 certified. There is no badge on this page because we have not earned one.
This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
When this page changes we update the date at the top. If a change matters to you, a new supplier handling your data for example, we say so on the page rather than hoping you read it again.

No. Your details are used to reply to you and to run what you asked for. The only outside parties are the suppliers named on this page, each handling one part of that on our behalf.
