This page explains what happens to information you give us on this website: the pages you visit, the details you type into a form, and any file you upload to a live demo.
Demo files are deleted within seven days. Anything else, ask us to delete it and we do, then confirm in writing. Questions go to [email protected] or +27 73 932 6852.

What we collect, and why

We do not buy contact lists and we do not sell or rent yours.
Live demo uploads and the seven day rule
This is the part people care about most, so it is the strictest rule we have.
- Your files are deleted within seven days, automatically, whether you ask or not.
- Ask for them to go sooner and it happens the same day, with confirmation in writing.

If you would rather upload nothing real, the example demos on this site run on sample data we made up. They are labelled as such and nothing you do on them is uploaded anywhere.

The current list with supplier names goes out on request, and it appears in your proposal before any paid work starts.
How long we keep things

Client systems, once you are a client
This policy covers the website. Your business data works differently, and the difference is the point.
- We take no copy. What we build runs inside your own drive, inbox and accounts package. Your records stay in your accounts.
- Access is granted by you. From your own admin screen, to the one folder or inbox label the job needs, on a named account rather than a shared login.
- You can revoke it in one click, immediately, without going through us.
- Nothing we build is given the ability to move money out of your bank.
- Everything an agent does is logged with a timestamp in your own account, so you can read what happened without asking us.
- Access ends when the project ends, unless a care plan needs it.
Cookies
The site needs a couple of small cookies to work properly, such as remembering the cookie choice you made.
Analytics cookies only load once you accept them. Decline and they never run. You can change your mind from the cookie link in the footer, and you can clear everything from your browser settings whenever you like.
Your rights
Under POPIA in South Africa and the GDPR in Europe you can ask us to:
- show you what we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete it
- stop using it to contact you about our work
- send you a copy in a format you can use elsewhere
Email [email protected] or call +27 73 932 6852. We reply within one working day and complete the request within thirty days, usually much sooner. There is no charge.
If we handle it badly, complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa, or to your data protection authority if you are in Europe.
Security and changes to this page
- Traffic to this site is encrypted.
- Credentials sit in a secret manager, never in documents or messages.
- Access to enquiries is limited to the two of us.
- Client project data stays inside your own accounts, which is covered in more detail on the security page.
This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
When this policy changes we update the date at the top. If a change matters to you, for example a new supplier handling your data, we say so on the page rather than hoping you re-read it.
Questions owners ask us
No. Your details are used to reply to you and to run the work you asked for. The only outside parties involved are the suppliers listed on this page, each handling one specific part of that process on our behalf.
Email [email protected] or call +27 73 932 6852 and say so. No form and no reason needed. We delete it and confirm in writing. Live demo files disappear within seven days anyway, whether you ask or not.
They produce your demo output and are then deleted within seven days.
In your own accounts. What we build runs inside your drive, your inbox and your accounts package, under access you granted and can revoke in one click. We do not run a platform holding copies of client data, so there is nothing of yours to leak from our side.
We work to POPIA and to the GDPR: a stated purpose, the minimum information, deletion on request, and suppliers we can name. We are not going to claim a certification we do not hold. Ask for a data processing agreement and we will sign one.
