How it runs
You choose what it reads: your customer list or CRM, your spreadsheets, your task tool, your reporting, and the transcripts your meeting recorder already produces. Start with one and add the others whenever you want.
It connects through logins you create in your own accounts, read only wherever read only exists.
The AI does the reading: it ranks what needs you today, flags what has stopped moving, and follows the trends across months.
You open it in a browser and drive the day from it. Nothing is written back to your tools unless you ask for it.
The price
Quoted per project. The price follows what it reads and how far the reading goes, and the number is in the proposal before anything starts.

Questions
Yes. It reads a customer list in a spreadsheet, a shared inbox or a task tool just as well. Wherever your work is written down with dates against it, Head Quarter can tell you what needs you and what has stopped moving.
No. Head Quarter reads them and leaves them alone. Your tools stay where they are and stay the source, and nothing is written back to them unless you ask.
It reads the transcripts your meeting recorder already produces and picks out what was agreed and who agreed to it. What you said you would send on Tuesday is on the list on Wednesday, whether or not anyone wrote it down. We check which recorder you use before we quote rather than during the build.

Yes. What counts as urgent, what counts as gone quiet, and what appears on the screen are settings. You tell us once and you can change them later.
It stays in your tools. Head Quarter reads through your own logins and the reading runs on our infrastructure. We use Claude models by Anthropic, and Anthropic does not use that data to train its models.
