Swann Itinerary
Every itinerary beautiful, personal and ready to send.
The Itinerary agent takes the trip you sold, in whatever form it lives today, and produces a curated page built around that client: their dates, their pace, their family, their budget. It reads well on a phone, prints cleanly, and carries your brand.
What it does
- The whole trip on one pageDays, stays, transfers, what is included and what is not, and the practical notes that matter for that trip, laid out as one page the customer scrolls through.
- Built around the clientA family with small children, a couple on an anniversary, a group on a budget: the same trip reads differently for each, and the page says so.
- Your brand, your voiceFonts, colours and wording are set at setup from your own material. Nothing on the page says Swann.
- Sent as a linkThe customer opens it on a phone. When they want paper, it prints cleanly, in a light or a full version.
How it runs
You send the itinerary as it exists today: a Word file, a PDF, a booking system export or a few lines of email.
The agent reads it and drafts the page: days, stays, transfers, inclusions and the practical notes for that client.
You edit what you want changed, in the wording you would use. Nothing goes out before you have seen it.
The customer gets a link, and a printable version when they ask for one.
