It also watches the sources. When a tool stops sending data the screen still looks normal and the number is quietly wrong. Digest says so.

The sync runs overnight. Each number carries the date it was last read, so nothing on the screen is older than you think it is.
Sources change. A tool alters a field, a login expires, and the data stops arriving. We watch for that and repair it.
The subscription covers the platform, the syncs, the monitoring and the repairs. Adding a source or a new report later is priced before we start.
We read your tools through logins that stay in your name, and what we read is stored on our side to build the reports. Take the access away and the reading stops.

We do that setup ourselves, so the 30 days start when your screen is live rather than when you write to us. No card and nothing to cancel. A setup that needs sources we have not connected before takes real work, so we tell you what that work is and what it costs before we start it.
Swann Intelligence is the software, and it is on subscription. The tools it reads are the ones you already pay for. There is nothing to install on your side.
Read only wherever read only exists, through a login you create inside your own account. For spreadsheets we ask for the named files, not the whole drive, and we list them in writing first. You can remove the access in one click. We do not need your banking login, because bank figures come from your accounts package.
Yes. Every person is a viewer or an admin, and views are set per person or per role. A branch manager sees their own branch and not the payroll.
