Tech advisory

Tech advisory means we look at the tools you run, name what is missing, and say what to use and why.

Often the gap is one tool. There is no invoicing tool, or no single place where customer details live, so the work around it is done by hand. We name that gap and recommend something that already exists. Building custom is the exception, for when nothing off the shelf fits the way you work.

01

What you get

01

A map of what you run

Every tool, what it holds, and which ones hold the same information twice.

02

The gap, named

The piece that is missing, and the manual work it creates, counted in steps and hand-offs.

03

A recommendation, with the reasons

Which tool we would put in, what it costs a month, and why that one rather than the better known one.

04

The order to do it in

Foundations first, connections second, agents third. Automating on top of the wrong tools is work you throw away.

02

What we will not do

We will not tell you to replace something that works. If a spreadsheet does the job, the advice is to keep it and connect it.

We do not resell any tool. Nothing in the recommendation pays us a commission.

We will not put in software your team would struggle to run. The right tool is the one people open without being asked.

03

After delivery

The recommendation is written so you can act on it without us. It names the tools, what each one costs, and the order to do them in.

If you would rather we did the setup, that is quoted as its own job.

Anything we then build and run for you sits on our infrastructure, under the subscription.
