An hour on how you win work today
Who phones you, what they ask first, and what makes them pick you over the next name on the list. Over a screen share, so nobody loses half a day to traffic.
Three enquiries come in over a weekend.
Answer all three before eight on Monday and you quote three jobs. Answer them on Wednesday and you quote one, because the other two already booked somebody else. On three enquiries a weekend, that gap adds up faster than most owners expect. Nothing changes about how you answer. The enquiry arrives on the same phone, in the same WhatsApp, with the photo and the suburb attached. From R12,000.
A short enquiry form that asks only for what you need in order to quote. Not fifteen fields.
| What you are building | Typical range |
|---|---|
| One page with an enquiry form, your words and your photos | R12,000 to R18,000 |
| Five to eight pages, you supply the words | R18,000 to R30,000 |
| Ten to twenty pages, we interview you and write them | R30,000 to R65,000 |
| Extra page for a suburb or a service, added later | About R1,200 a page |
| A second language | Around a third more, because every page is written twice |
| Photographer for a morning | Budget R4,000 to R8,000, paid to the photographer, not to us |
| Moving an old blog across | Under fifty posts is included. Four hundred posts with broken links is quoted separately. |
What pushes you up the range: how many of the words we have to write, how many separate services need their own page, and whether the form has to do more than send a message. Quoting steps, deposits and calendar rules are build work on top, and we cover those under enquiry forms and booking.
Hosting, backups and patching after go live are not in the build price. That runs from R7,000 a year, and we set it out under care plans so there is no surprise in month two.
Who phones you, what they ask first, and what makes them pick you over the next name on the list. Over a screen share, so nobody loses half a day to traffic.
Written pages in a document, so you can correct a price or a promise before anyone builds anything.
We build it on your domain, with your logo and your photos. If you have no usable photos, we send you a short list of what to shoot on your phone and what time of day to do it.
Your WhatsApp, your inbox, your job sheet, your booking system. Wherever you already look every day.
Real visitors do things nobody predicts. We fix what they trip over and that is included.
Three enquiries came in over the weekend. One sits in the info@ address nobody opens on Sunday. One came through Facebook and got buried under a comment thread. One is a missed call at 19:40 with no voicemail. By Tuesday, two of those people have booked someone else and you will never know it happened.
The same three arrive in one place with a photo, a suburb and a description of the job. Each one carries the time it came in. You answer the fastest one first, and on Friday you can see how many came in, from where, and which ones you converted.
Two of us work on your site: Romain builds it, Kribasha keeps you posted on where it is.
Every one of those is granted by you, inside your own account, and revoked by you in one click when you want it gone. We do not ask for anything to do with your banking.
The site is yours from day one, code and all. If neither of us were here tomorrow, another developer opens your hosting account, reads the written notes we leave with every build, and carries on. Nothing about the site depends on us still being here.
The numbers, in one place
Three to six weeks for most sites. What slows it down is almost never the building. It is content: photos, prices and the answers we need from you. We send you the list of what we need and the date we need it by.
Yes. The domain is registered in your name, the hosting account is yours, and you hold the logins from the first week. If you leave us you take everything, including the code and the notes on how it was built.
Text, photos, prices, opening hours and new posts, yes. We show you how in a short session over screen share and record it so you can watch it again when you have forgotten.
It gets built so Google can read it properly: correct page titles, fast loading, and pages aimed at what people in your area actually type. That is the foundation, and it is included. Ranking above an established competitor in a busy category takes ongoing work, and whether that is worth paying for depends on your category.
By default no, and that keeps your price down. We work over screen share, which for a website is genuinely enough. If you would rather sit in a room for the first session and you are in Cape Town, ask and we will.
No. Something still has to host it, back it up and patch it. If you have an IT person doing that, they can take it on and we hand over documented. If not, ours starts at R7,000 a year.
The next step
Your current site link, or a photo of the last quote you sent, on WhatsApp to +27 73 932 6852. You get back what we would build, the range it lands in, and what we would leave out. Prefer email? [email protected]. Prefer talking? Ask for twenty minutes and we look at it together on screen.
Or email [email protected]. No slides, and no invoice for the conversation.
