Put AI to work

A workshop and a costed plan, before you spend anything on AI

No preparation, no homework, and nothing you have to buy at the end.

We spend half a day mapping how your business actually runs, mark the steps that eat time, and say plainly where AI pays and where it does not. You leave knowing the two changes worth paying for and the five that are not, before you have spent anything on a build. R14,500, and the plan is yours to take anywhere.

01

What it does to your money

R14,500 buys you the number you cannot get anywhere else: what each fix would cost to build, what it gives back, in what order, and which ones to skip.

Most of what comes out of a session like this has no AI in it. A cleaner intake form or one connection between two tools gives the hours back for a fraction of the price, and you find that out for R14,500 rather than after a build.

If you go ahead with the first build with us within sixty days, the R14,500 comes off the price of it.

And if you take the plan to another supplier, it is written clearly enough for them to quote against.

02

What happens in the room

01

You explain the business in your own words

What you sell and who buys it. No preparation and nothing to read beforehand.

02

We pick one process and walk it end to end

The one that irritates you most. Every step, and every place work waits for somebody.

03

We mark where the time goes

Not guesses. We ask the person who does the work how long each step takes and how often it comes round.

04

We separate the kinds of fix

Stop doing it. Get two tools talking so nobody retypes. Put AI on it. Leave it alone.

05

We put numbers on it

Cost and time saved, per step. Some steps come out clearly worth doing, some clearly are not, and knowing which is which is most of the value.

06

We show you what AI actually is, on your own examples

Your quote and your invoice, run live in front of you. No slides about the future of work.

03

What you leave with

DeliverableWhat it is
The process mapYour process on one page, as it really runs, in your team's language
The time tableWhere the hours go each month, step by step
The shortlistThree to five changes worth making, ranked by payback rather than by how impressive they sound
The costed planWhat each change would cost to build and to run, in rands
The order to do them inWhat comes first, and what must not be started until the first thing works
A plain language briefingWritten so you can hand it to your accountant or to another supplier
04

Who this is for

Owners who keep reading that AI will change everything and cannot get a straight answer about what it would do in their own business.

Owners who were sold something by an agency before, paid for it, and are still not sure what it does. The caution is earned.

Owners with a team that is busy but not growing, who suspect the problem is admin rather than sales, and want to know before they hire.

Owners who have a number in mind for AI spend this year and want to spend it in the right place.

It is not for people who want a demo of the newest thing. We spend the session on your work rather than on ours.

05

Where it happens

We work on a screen share by default, wherever you are in the country, and the whole session runs fine that way with cameras on.

The mapping session is the one thing that goes better with everyone standing at the same wall, because people say more on their feet than they do on a video call. In and around Cape Town we come to you for it. Elsewhere, we run it remotely and travel only when there is a clear reason to, which we would tell you rather than bill you for.

Nothing else in the way we work depends on being in the same room.

06

Who you will be dealing with

Romain runs the mapping and builds whatever gets built. Fifteen years of websites, customer systems, integrations and the awkward joins between them, across Europe and Africa. Agents in that same work since 2025.

Kribasha is your point of contact. She keeps you posted on where things stand, so you never have to chase us for an update. Before this she ran operations and executive support, so the admin jobs we look at automating are ones she has done herself.

There are two of us and you deal with both. Whatever we build runs on your accounts and is documented well enough for another developer to take over, which is the answer to the question you should be asking about a two person outfit.

The numbers, in one place

  • The workshop: R14,500.
  • One process, half a day, and a written costed plan you own.
  • Credited against your first build with us if you start within sixty days.
  • All prices exclude VAT.
  • Several processes across a short series: R24,000 to R38,000, depending on how many processes and how many people need to be in the session.
  • What we would build afterwards is priced separately and openly.
  • Websites from R12,000.
  • Morning screens and dashboards from R15,000.
  • One tidy place where your customers and jobs live, from R20,000.
  • Documents we generate and send for signature, at R24.90 each, flat, with a standard setup costing nothing.
  • Getting two tools talking is quoted per job, and you see the number before anything starts.
  • A first AI agent is free to put in when standard, with a complex build quoted before we start, then a monthly subscription from R1,000, from R2,500 or from R5,000 a month depending on how much work the agent does.
  • Care afterwards, from R7,000 a year, for a website or an app.
  • Everything else is quoted per job, and you see the number before anything starts.
