What changed
The numbers that moved since the last one, and by how much.
Pulse is an agent that reads your tools and writes you one email.
What changed, what stalled, and what needs a decision. You pick the period. Every morning, once a week, or on the first of the month. Nothing moves out of the tools you already use.
The numbers that moved since the last one, and by how much.
The quote nobody answered, the invoice past its terms, the enquiry that never got a reply.
The two or three items that will not resolve themselves, with the name against each one.
Not only the figures. Pulse says what it makes of them, in a sentence, and what it would look at next.
When a tool stops sending data, every report still looks normal and the number is quietly wrong. Pulse says so.
Every tool sends its own report. They arrive on different days, in different shapes, and nobody reads all of them.
Pulse takes them together. Your website analytics, your search results, your advertising, your CRM or customer database, and the agents we run for you. One email, one period, one place to look.
A source we have not connected before is priced before we start. Adding one later does not start a second email.
Daily suits a business where an unanswered enquiry costs money the same week. Weekly suits most. Monthly suits an owner who wants the shape of the month and nothing in between.
You can have more than one. A short daily list for the person who works the phone, and a weekly one for the owner.
Changing the day, the period or who receives it is a setting, not a rebuild.
Pulse reads your tools through logins you create in your own accounts, read only wherever read only exists. You can remove the access in one click.
It runs on our infrastructure and arrives in your inbox. There is nothing to install and nothing to open.
Every figure names where it came from and when it was read, so you can check it at the source.
Pulse is in build with our first client. If you want it now, you are early, and we will tell you what is running and what is not before you sign anything.
| What | Cost |
|---|---|
| The first conversation: one call, our homework, a written solution and a price | No charge |
| Pulse | From R990 a month |
| Pulse and Swann Intelligence together | R1,490 a month |
| A second digest, for a different person or a different period | In the proposal |
What moves the price: how many sources it reads, how much tidying a source needs before it can be read, and how many separate digests go out. The number is in the proposal before anything starts.
The numbers, in one place
No. There is nothing to open and nothing to log into. The email is the product. If you also want the screen, that is Swann Intelligence, and the two together are R1,490 a month.
Read only wherever read only exists, through a login you create inside your own account. For spreadsheets we ask for the named files, not the whole drive. You can remove the access in one click, and we do not need your banking login.
Yes. Each digest has its own period, its own sources and its own recipients. A branch manager gets their branch, and the payroll is not in it.
Every figure names its source and the date it was read, so you can check it where it came from. When a source stops sending data, Pulse says so instead of repeating the last good number.
The next step
Leave a number and a good time to call, and we come back with what the first digest would carry.
Six agents, each running on sample data you can read through, then on something of your own.
